Customers may not use our infrastructure, hosting accounts, domains, websites, or email services to send unsolicited, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful electronic communications.

3. Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy
Barq Hosting Technologies strictly prohibits:

- Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE)

Any account involved in spam activity may be suspended immediately without prior notice.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination.

Customers sending marketing or newsletter emails must obtain the recipient’s prior consent.
Acceptable methods include:

5. Prohibited Email Activities

Customers must not use our services to damage the reputation of Barq Hosting Technologies or its mail servers.
6. Email Authentication
Customers using custom email domains are strongly encouraged to correctly configure:
- SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
- DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)
- DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance)
Improperly configured domains may experience reduced email deliverability.
Barq Hosting Technologies may restrict outgoing email services where authentication failures create security or reputation risks.
7. Shared Hosting Email Usage
Email services included with Shared Hosting are intended for normal business and personal communication.
Customers must not use Shared Hosting email services for:
- High-volume marketing campaigns
- Bulk mailing software
- Email blasting
- Automated spam campaigns
- Purchased mailing lists
- SMTP relay abuse
Where excessive or abusive email activity is detected, we may temporarily restrict or suspend outgoing email functionality to protect server reputation.
8. Abuse Monitoring & Enforcement
To protect our infrastructure, Barq Hosting Technologies may monitor email traffic, abuse reports, server reputation, and unusual sending patterns.
Where violations are detected, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning notice
- Temporary suspension of email services
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Blocking outgoing email
- Reporting abuse to relevant authorities where legally required
The action taken will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.
9. Spam Complaints
If you believe spam or abusive email originated from our network, please report it promptly.
Please include where possible:
- Full email headers
- Date and time received
- Description of the issue
- Copies of the email
- Any supporting evidence
All abuse reports are reviewed and investigated as quickly as reasonably possible.
10. Compliance with Laws
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam, privacy, and electronic communications laws.

Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring their email campaigns comply with applicable legal requirements.
11. No Refund for Policy Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of this Anti-Spam Policy are generally not eligible for refunds.
Refund eligibility remains subject to our separate Refund Policy.
12. Policy Updates
Barq Hosting Technologies may revise this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our Website.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
